uncapping fps a no no cod4

hey "P" I got booted from a BC tactical server for
exactly that , the message was DME_Nightman kicked for
cvar /com_maxfps 0

i changed it to /seta com_maxfps 150 and went back in
it let me stay (default is 85) i think ya just need to give it a number Question

my understanding is as long as u stay under 100fps u should be ok.thats what i got mine at

go for 200 i have been running 160 ish FPS for a while now
in a empty server
full i get knocked back to about 110/120
